This light-filled 200 square foot room with large conference table and space to accommodate 12-20 participants is the perfect space for your organization’s board and committee meetings.
Reservation and use of the conference room is INCLUDED with a weekend rental of the banquet room.

The $50 deposit is not refundable. This is a cleaning fee.

A copy of this can be found in your RecDesk account or under the Forms tab on the RecDesk dashboard (burgawnc.gov/register). Failure to abide by rules stated in Usage Policy may result in refusal of future rental requests.
